The Salowin app (iOS and Android) may transmit information such as your IP address, access times, and locally installed data. Server queries, search frequency, and user agent activity are monitored solely to detect systematic copying of content, which constitutes a copyright violation.

We may use third-party advertising partners to serve ads. These companies may use non-personally identifiable information about your visits to provide relevant advertisements. Fee for Services

In addition to free services provided on the Salowin website and app, certain services require payment. Where payment is required, additional terms and conditions will apply as specified at the time of purchase.

Termination of Services for Non-Payment

Where payment is required for a service and we are unable to charge your payment method for any reason, we may discontinue service to you — temporarily or permanently — without prior notice.

Cancellation of Services & Refund Policy

You may request cancellation of any Salowin service at any time. However, where a fee has been paid, all such payments are non-refundable as the product or service is activated immediately upon purchase.
