Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
If your order hasn't shipped yet, cancel it directly from the My Orders tab. For assistance, call +91 9650346680 (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
For prepaid orders, the refund is credited to your Salowin wallet within 24–48 business hours of the cancellation being processed.
After Shipment
If your order has shipped but hasn't arrived, contact us at info@salowin.com or +91 9650346680.
- The courier may still attempt delivery — please refuse the package.
- Once the product is received and verified at our warehouse, the refund is processed to your wallet within 24–48 business hours.
Refund Timeline
- Cancelled before shipment — refund within 24–48 business hours of the cancellation request.
- Cancelled after dispatch — refund after the product is received and verified at our warehouse.
- To source account — email info@salowin.com or call us to request a transfer back to your original payment source.
Discount Vouchers
Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and are treated as used even if the order is cancelled.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
How to Return an Item
Raise a Return or Exchange request within 3 days of delivery. Partial returns — for individual items in a multi-item order — are accepted.
- Open Orders History and click the relevant order.
- The Return button appears for 3 days after delivery. Click it under the item you want to return.
- Enter the reason for your return and save.
- A support executive will contact you within 24–48 business hours.
Refund is credited to your wallet once the product passes quality checks at our warehouse — typically 24–48 business hours after receipt.

For manufacturing defects we may refer you directly to the brand, as replacements in such cases are handled by them.
Free Gifts & Partial Returns
- Free gifts must be returned along with the original product.
- You can return individual items from a multi-item order, but each item must be returned complete with all components.
Personal Care Appliances — Warranty
Coverage
- Proof of purchase (order details) is required for all warranty claims.
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Replacement products are covered for the balance of the original warranty period.
- Does not apply to accessories supplied with the product.
Warranty Is Void If
- The unit has been dropped, damaged, or submerged in water.
- Any part has been opened, repaired, altered, or tampered with.
- Damage was caused by foreign objects, substances, or accident.
